Our special relationship with Israel. In an interview with the news channel “Jewish News One“, Reinhold Robbe, President of the German-Israeli Association, and Claudia Korenke, chairperson of the Frankfurt am Main working group, make it clear how important the German-Israeli Association is for German relations with Israel, what the German-Israeli Association stands for and what its aims are.

 

Reinhold Robbe emphasises that the historic significance of Germany's relations with Israel has led to a very special relationship, one which Germany shares with no other country. He goes on to describe the crucial role that our association plays, cultivating and maintaining these unique relations and continuing to establish new ones. For we create links within Germany, and of course into Israel, in order to strengthen the bonds between politics, business, society, culture and future generations. According to Robbe this is why there is a lasting effect to all our projects and why they take root in society across all generations.
