The Keren Kayemet LeIsrael exchange programme, which offers young professionals the opportunity to explore their partner country from an ecological point of view, is entering its third year. The programme, initiated by the German-Israeli Future Workshop (Zukunftswerkstatt) which was organised by the Young Forum, will take place this year in Israel from 6th to 14th October. In view of the huge challenges we face in the 21st century, especially in terms of the environment and sustainability, greenXchange aims to bring together German and Israeli perspectives and work on joint projects. Twenty-four participants from Israel and Germany will learn at first hand about ecological challenges, environmental protection measures, green technologies and green-political initiatives in both countries. The alumni network wants to make long-term co-operation between the two countries possible.
